H2ogears has many warehouses in various different countries. We aim to ship from the warehouse closest to the country of your order.

H2ogears ships to all major North American & European countries as well as Australia & New Zealand.

We do not ship to the following countries:

North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Cuba, Iran.

Processing time for each order is 4 business days and items generally arrive within 16 to 25 business days.

In rare cases, it can take up to 39 days for items to arrive. If you wait longer than 29 business days, please send us an email at contact@h2ogears.com and we shall find out the whereabouts of your order.
